Rest, Residue, and Remainder of Estate

“All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, wherever situated, I give, devise, and bequeath to Rejoice Radio, P.O. Box 18000, Pensacola, FL 32523-9160, for its purpose of spreading the gospel through the Christian radio ministry.”
